机床砂轮可采用斜切入等进给方式,可一次完成外圆,外圆与端面,外圆成型表面,多台阶轴外圆(包括肩面)以及外圆沟槽的磨削加工。 机床具有金刚滚轮自动成型修整,自动补偿,径向、轴向量仪自动测量功能,强电部分采用可编程控制器(即PC机),具有很高的磨削精度和加工效率,适合于传动轴,齿轮轴,差速器壳体,法兰盘等带台阶的轴类零件的批量磨削加工。
本机适用于光学水晶、蓝宝石的双面研磨或抛光。1)采用交流变频电机驱动,软启动、软停止,运转较平稳。2)下研磨盘可升降,便于摆放工件何取下工件。3)上盘设置了缓降,不但有效防止了薄脆工件的破碎,而且还可独立进行压力控制。4)使用了压力预置计数方式可准确控制研磨压力,研磨的圈数。5)可以采用修盘方式修整研磨盘。6)根据用户要求,可设置与ALC(频率监控仪)的连接。
磨头进给系统采用三菱伺服电机(HF105BS)驱动进给滚珠丝杆,丝杆带动直线导轨运动,磨头通过磨头箱体连接在直线导轨上,从而实现磨头的上下进给。磨头砂轮进给是:快进-工进-快退。零位 对刀:先将磨头进给用手摇电位器摇到过带锯焊接合金粒的位置1-2毫米设为零位,后退回,带锯被压紧。为保证进给系统的精度,提高丝杆、直线导轨、轴承的使用寿命,加工时需保证各加工部件与丝杆配合处的中心高(40±0.03);各轴承挡按图纸加工到位。 磨头主轴系统采用采用西门子三相异步电机(1LA7080-2AA91-Z)驱动,变频器调速,通过楔形带轮传动带动磨头主轴及砂轮转动。带传动采用偏向盘预紧。加工要保证箱体的各支口处的配合公差;偏向盘加工应保证偏向量;送料系统采用三菱伺服电机(HF105BS)驱动进给滚珠丝杆,丝杆带动直线导轨、推杆、活动推销运动。活动夹与推杆间铰接,活动夹处装有弹簧。推销推动带锯条前角端面(待磨削面)向左送一个齿距,丝杆带动推销后退爬坡,弹簧受压缩,通过铰链与弹簧的作用,推销回到下一个齿与齿间的空位就完成一次送料。同进给系统,加工应保证中心高(60±0.03)及其它尺寸精度。保证活动夹与推杆间铰接处各部件的配合精度,保证通过弹簧反弹推销能顺利落入空位。托料系统主要靠6个轴承(2组),采用3点压持固定方法。其中轴承1为托料轴承、轴承2为导向轴承。调节支撑板可以调节轴承1的接触点,从而适用压持不同宽度范围的锯条。通过压紧压板使被压板变形从而微调轴承2间的边距从而调节压持厚度以适应不同厚度的锯条。加工时应要保证轴承挡的精度要求;托料板(MC-104)及被压板上安装导向轴承的螺钉孔左旋25°;保证支撑板与托料板的配合间隙;送料架与调节座的调节间隙。夹料系统通气缸是伸缩铰链结构来实现上园压板与下园压板的夹紧,下园压板固定不动,压带杆与压带低杆及上园压板与上压...
